Their 4 day menu for 40 staff was comprised of cheeseburgers and potato salad one day, Tucson’s Best Chef Salad day two, Waldorf Chicken Salad Sandwiches day three, and mini chocolate mousse, 1/2 sandwich and salad, peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and more.

Wil graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1987 with a BA in Graphic Arts and a minor in Communications. He continued his education at the University of Arizona, where he received his Masters in Art Education with an emphasis in Art Therapy in 1990.
Publications include: Zocalo, Tucson Weekly, Desert Leaf Magazine, Arizona Daily Star, Tucson Metro Mix, Tucson Citizen and the Downtown Tucsonan.
